I had a metal awning covering my front patio, that got damaged during Milton. Jose responded to my request for a quote to have it replaced quickly. One of the reasons I went with 813 Patio Pros is that they could do a new cement pad, as well as installing a new patio cover. Jose gave me a rough quote, until he could stop by the next day. When he stopped by I decided to also find out how much a screened in lanai would be. I found 813 Patio Pros prices were reasonable, and decided to have both projects done. Jose and his crew arrived when they said they would. They worked long hard days, and were meticulous in their work. In less than a week I had a new front patio cover secured to a new cement pad, and a wonderful new screened in lanai. I couldn't be happier with both. I would highly recommend 813 Patio Pros, Jose and his crew.

The photo was taken the morning after hurricane milton. I'm located in Lakeland FL and the neighborhood took a bad hit.

Yet it held perfectly through the night AND while it was storming hard; the roof never leaked!! Great job guys !!!
